The location was excellent as the hotel is near the main train station. My room included coffee and tea for free. The bed was comfortable, and the room was nice. The hotel is close to the heart of the city.
The elevators are small. It is difficult for one person with a suitcase to fit.

I found the location convenient. It is near porta nuova station. the rooms were modern. They were also spacious. i especially appreciated how clean everything was. This added to my overall positive experience.
the hotel has only one iron, i was informed it was not available . this was inconvenient, particularly when preparing for meetings. i hope they can provide more irons in the future.
